This chain guide DOES NOT come with anything else other than the guide plate itself. I'm pretty sure I emailed them a long time ago about if it came with anything and heard no response. You will need mounting hardware and chain guide block. I ordered an Acerbis oem replacement block and as far as I can tell it will work. Quality decent, some of the holes were off just a little. Looks good though.
